Who this covers

These terms apply to visitors to nomosingle.com and to anyone who joins the Nomo waitlist by entering their email.

Age

Nomo is being built for adults. If you're under 18, please don't join the waitlist. When the app launches, we'll verify age at sign-up.

What joining the waitlist means

• You're telling us you'd like to hear when Nomo opens.
• Access is not guaranteed. We're opening the app in small waves, and how quickly you get in depends on where you are, who's in your bracket, and how many spots we have.
• You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing jjoshi221@gmail.com.

What this site does not do

This site does not match you with anyone, take payment, or provide any of the actual app's features. It's a page and a waitlist. That's it.

Our promises

We'll take reasonable care with the site and with your email. But we're a pre-launch product built by one person, so we can't guarantee that the site never goes down, never has a bug, or that emails always arrive. If you rely on this site for something important, please don't.

Your promises

• You'll enter a real email that belongs to you.
• You won't try to break the site, scrape it, or use it in a way that harms other people.

Content and brand

The name Nomo, the logo, the copy, and the design of this site belong to us. Please don't copy them for another product.

Changes

We may update these terms while we're still building. If we change something meaningful, the "Last updated" date above will change. If it changes something you care about, tell us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Nomo is being built. That may change when we incorporate; the updated version of this page will say so.
